At North Shore TCG Store, we aim to ensure your trading cards and collectibles are packed safely and shipped quickly — so you receive your order in perfect condition and on time.

Order Processing & Dispatch Times

We pride ourselves on fast and efficient service.
All in-stock orders are packed and dispatched within 1 business day. In most cases, orders placed before our daily cutoff will be shipped the same day.

Note: Same-day or next-day dispatch applies only to in-stock items. Pre-orders are shipped once stock becomes available.

Pre-Order & In-Stock Item Policy

If your order contains both pre-order items and in-stock products, your order will be shipped once all items are available.
If you would like your in-stock items shipped immediately, please contact us to arrange a split shipment.

Delivery Options (Australia)

We offer a range of delivery options to make shopping easy and convenient for all Australian customers.

1. Standard Delivery (Australia)

  • Carrier: Australia Post

  • Estimated Delivery: 2–7 business days

  • Cost: $12 flat rate (nationwide)

  • Tracking: Fully tracked delivery

2. Express Delivery (Australia)

  • Carrier: Australia Post

  • Estimated Delivery: 1–2 business days

  • Cost: $15 flat rate (nationwide)

  • Tracking: Fully tracked delivery

Optional insurance coverage is available upon request. Please contact us for a quote.

Shipping Delays

Occasionally, delays may occur due to factors outside of North Shore TCG Store’s control (e.g., courier delays, weather events, or public holidays).
If you believe your delivery has been delayed or lost, please contact our Customer Care Team within 14 days of receiving your Shipping Confirmation email. We will open an investigation with our courier partner on your behalf.

To prevent avoidable delays, please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct at checkout.

International Shipping

We proudly ship Pokémon cards and TCG products worldwide.

Standard International Shipping

  • Carrier: Australia Post

  • Estimated Delivery: 2–4 weeks

Express International Shipping

  • Carrier: DHL Express

  • Estimated Delivery: 2–5 business days

All customs duties, import taxes, and fees charged by your country’s customs office are the responsibility of the customer.
These charges are not included in our shipping fees. Please check your country’s import rules before placing your order.
